A Jersey native, born and raised, but seasoned in the south. Demares began singing at the age of six in her church choir. Outside of the choir she dreamed of being like her mom and oldest sister who were both powerhouses. Other than family Demares' inspiration came from artists like Kierra Sheard, Kirk Franklin, and Flame. Though these are her many influences, her style is slightly different. She has a sweet, soft sound that's clear and pure. This sound led her to desire to write songs that would not only match her style of singing but also songs that would reflect her heart.
Demares has recorded background vocals for multi-award winning Christian Artist Young Saint, and Sunday's Best contestant Tyler Little. She has been a part of multiple writing, recording, and arranging sessions with vocal coach, and arranger Derek Jermaine, and producer Mod-G. Demares hopes to inspire all ages and bring attention to the issues that reside in the hearts of the people, in hopes that they would seek the one who mends, fixes, and comforts all. After many years of writing, hiding in the background, and running from her purpose, she decided, "Just Be Obedient!" There's nothing that can keep you from your destiny and God's call on your life but you.
